The Parable of Two Sisters
Ezekiel 23
In an allegory, the Lord likens Samaria and Jerusalem to two sisters, Oola and Ooliba, who played the harlot from their youth in Egypt and then turned to foreign lovers among the Assyrians and Chaldeans. Because of their unfaithfulness and idolatry the Lord declares that both will be judged and handed over to the very nations they courted.
