Amos 1
The Lord roars out of Zion and Jerusalem and pronounces judgment on Damascus, Gaza, Tyre, Edom, and Ammon for their cruelty toward neighboring peoples, promising fire on their strongholds and captivity for their kings, priests, and rulers.

ThomsonAnd he said: From Sion the Lord hath spoken with majesty, and from Jerusalem He uttered His voice, and the pastures of the shepherds mourned, and the top of Carmel withered.
