The Temple Completed and Dedicated

Ezra 6

King Darius searches the archives, finds the decree of Cyrus, and commands that the work proceed with full royal support and provisions, threatening severe punishment on anyone who hinders it. The house of God is finished in the sixth year of Darius, dedicated with sacrifices and rejoicing, and the returned exiles keep the passover and the feast of unleavened bread.
